Marin will move into Stage 2 reopening, leaving only 3 Bay Area counties enforcing stricter order

San Francisco, Marin and San Mateo counties will all move into Stage 2 of California Governor Gavin Newsom's statewide reopening plan on May 18 and allow for the return of retail and manufacturing with physical distancing measures in place.
