Rocks and mud tumbled onto the highway at around 4:55 a.m., CHP said. No vehicle damage or injuries were reported in the slide, said CHP Officer James Evans. “They’re still waiting for Caltrans to bring some kind of equipment out there,” he said. 16th Street BART station in SF closed due to PG&E outage Published on March 16, 2018 at 06:28PM by By Sophie Haigney BART trains are not stopping at the 16th Street Mission station due to a power outage. Just before 4:00 a.m., BART tweeted that the station was closed due to a Pacific Gas and Electric Co. power issue. The outage is ongoing, according to an alert sent out at 6:07 a.m. by the Metropolitan Transportation Commission. Trains are otherwise running normally.
