Elections, referendum still possible in Britain: Lithuania

The European Union should not rule out several scenarios after leaders sign a withdrawal agreement for Britain's exit from the bloc, Lithuania's president said on Sunday, highlighting new British elections or a second Brexit referendum as possibilities.
