For the first time in 12 years, the Giants have had to postpone a game due to rain. The club made an early decision Friday and called its scheduled 7:15 p.m. game against the Dodgers, what was to be the opener of a three-game series. Also, Saturday’s scheduled 1:05 p.m. game has been pushed back to 3:05 p.m. because the forecast in the afternoon is better. Friday’s game will be made up as part of a split doubleheader at AT&T Park on Saturday, April 28. The first game will be at 1:05 p.m. Tickets for Friday night’s game will be honored for that contest. The regularly scheduled 6:05 p.m. game on April 28 will be pushed back to 7:05 p.m.
