Austin Goodwill explosion not linked to previous blasts, authorities say
A Tuesday night explosion in Austin, Texas, was caused by an "incendiary device" and was not related to previous bombings in Texas that have killed two people and severely wounded four others since March 2, police and federal authorities said.
